Baked Oats suggested by Mairi




 

This was a recipe that our cousin Mairi sent us!  We adapted it slightly - Thank you Mairi :) 

Recipe for 4 portions

1 cup oats

2 bananas

2 eggs

1 or 2 tablespoons of maple syrup (recipe said 2 we used 1) 

2 teaspoons baking powder

1 teaspoon of sea salt (optional)

Fruit of choice - we used a punnet of raspberries and 2 chopped up apples the first time we made it - used blueberries the next time. 

We served with natural yoghurt on the side/ over the top. 

Willa: 10/10 it was yummy I liked the raspberries.

Anthony:10/10  'This was tasty and really easy to make'

Alison: 10/10 'This is an easy, healthy, delicious breakfast or desert. Would totally recommend.' 

Nina: 9/10 'I liked it but not really the hot blueberries, I would like to leave them out next time.'
