Frozen Oats Cup

 

Willa and I were checking out recipes on Tik Tok and we found this one that Willa wanted to try.  We decided to have it for pudding after Sunday lunch today.


RECIPE:

1 cup oats

1/4 cup honey

Strawberries

2 bananas 

Blueberries

Pomegranate seeds

Greek Yogurt

Freeze for 1 to 2 hours - or longer, whatever the preference.  









Willa's comments:  'This is delicious and nutritious. This tastes soooo good.' 10/10

Alison's comments:  Willa made this completely by herself.  All I did was help her to find the ingredients, and put it in the freeze and take it out again.  I really enjoyed this pudding.  It was every bit as good as a cheesecake, but healthier.  Such a novelty having Willa making the pudding for us. 10/10
