Pomegranate Rasberry, Blueberry and Chia pudding

 

Willa decided to try this chia pudding recipe for breakfast this morning!  We saw an example of one on facebook but adapted it to our own recipe.  As Willa says 'Mammy went rogue' 







Ingredients

1cup low sugar almond milk
1/4 cup chia seeds
1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
1/2 cup fresh rasberries
1/2 cup fresh blueberries
1 desert spoon of honey
1 small tub of natural yoghurt 

Directions:
In a medium bowl whisk together almond milk, chia seeds, and honey until well combined.  Leave for 5 minutes and then whisk again to prevent clumps forming.

Cover and put in the fridge overnight.

Split mix into two serving bowls/ glasses

Add a layer of natural yoghurt, followed by the fruit.
