Pomegranate Rasberry, Blueberry and Chia pudding

  Willa decided to try this chia pudding recipe for breakfast this morning!  We saw an example of one on facebook but adapted it to our own recipe.  As Willa says 'Mammy went rogue'  Ingredients 1cup low sugar almond milk 1/4 cup chia seeds 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds 1/2 cup fresh rasberries 1/2 cup fresh blueberries 1 desert spoon of honey 1 small tub of natural yoghurt  Directions: In a medium bowl whisk together almond milk, chia seeds, and honey until well combined.  Leave for 5 minutes and then whisk again to prevent clumps forming. Cover and put in the fridge overnight. Split mix into two serving bowls/ glasses Add a layer of natural yoghurt, followed by the fruit.   Enjoy!!!  Willa's ratings:  10/10  Comments:  I would definitely make this again.  It was really good.  I love pomegranate.   

Banana and Oat Pancake

 Willa and I (Anthony/ Dad) tried a pancake recipe which I found on Facebook. It was really easy to make, the ingredients are 2 mashed bananas, 2 eggs and 4 tablespoons of oats. Willa mashed the bananas on a plate, then beat the 2 eggs in a dish and then added the bananas and gave a good mix. After that she added the 4 tablespoons of porridge oats and mixed well together. Then we added to a pan at a medium heat for a few minutes then turned it over and did the same on the the other side. It was delicious, we've had it a couple of times since. All the 4 family as Nina says gave it 10/10. Willa says " It was very good 10/10, it was really easy to make and very delicious" .
